Refund Policy

General Rules

  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • To be eligible, you must submit a refund request within [insert number] days of purchase/payment.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation) must be provided.

Services

  • If a service has already been delivered or partially completed, refunds may be issued at our discretion, depending on the level of completion.

  • If a project is canceled before work begins, you may receive a full refund.
