Refund Policy
General Rules

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible, you must submit a refund request within [insert number] days of purchase/payment.

Services

If a service has already been delivered or partially completed, refunds may be issued at our discretion, depending on the level of completion.

If a project is canceled before work begins, you may receive a full refund.
